Frikkadeller! (Danish Meat Balls)

Hey Readers,

It's been a while since I did my last recipe post... So I thought I would bring back a little food on the blog today. Frikkedaller is one of my most favorite ways to eat ground beef.  You may or may not know this, but I grew up in Denmark and lately I've been craving a lot of Danish food (I'm not pregnant!) Anyways this recipe is a Danish twist on a meatball, but I also added my own little twists so I hope you like it, and if you try it make sure to let me know what you think. Traditionally you can eat these with potatoes and gravy, but in my opinion they go with whatever you want lol.

1 Pound of ground beef
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup of flour
1 egg
3 tps of milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl, then form small patties and place them on a hot skillet lightly greased.

That's it!!! Super easy guys...

I hope you try it and like it :)
